Karen’s desire and motivation is that everyone be able to live the financial lifestyle they desire for themselves. Having eliminated virtually all debt besides a mortgage, her passion is not only to create generational wealth for her own family, but to also teach financial literacy, especially to African Americans and to women.
In her own words, Karen says, "I want to give people, who make their money the ordinary way, the tips and tools to become wealthy with whatever they make because it is possible and it can be done." Her motto is " Ordinary Income, Extraordinary Lifestyle!" Karen earned a Bachelor's from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's Degree from Clark Atlanta University. She has also studied financial planning at Rice University.
Karen is the President & CEO of The Dividend Diva Company, LLC. She wants to offer her community her self-taught knowledge, along with everything else she has learned while working on her personal financial freedom.

A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Karen is happily married and is the proud mother of two children. Karen is passionate about encouraging others to live their very best financial lives.
